Dr. Nicole Giglia serves as the Associate Dean of Students at Seton Hall University where she is responsible for the areas of residence life, student conduct, and prevention education. Dr. Giglia also serves as an adjunct professor within the Department of Education Leadership, Management, & Policy program teaching courses on leadership, education law, and college student development. Dr. Giglia was the 2023 recipient of the Gerard Babo Award from the College of Education & Human Services at Seton Hall University in recognition of her service to the community and academic excellence. Her research centers on women leaders within higher education, specifically, the experiences of women presidents of Catholic colleges and universities.
