Antonio Rios, Coordinator of Daily Operations at the Center for Diaconal Formation, Immaculate Conception Seminary School of Theology, joined ICSST in September 2024. He has more than twenty years of experience in higher education, with a professional background in Financial Aid and student services. Throughout his career, Antonio has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting students, enhancing administrative processes, and fostering environments that enable learners to thrive academically, personally, and spiritually.

Antonio is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where students feel safe, respected, and encouraged to communicate openly. He believes that strong, compassionate communication builds trust and enables him to support students in the most meaningful way. His priority is to accompany each student throughout the student’s formation, ensuring that the student feels heard, valued, and guided with care. Through active engagement and intentional support, Antonio strives to help students grow confidently into the future leaders they are called to be.
