Seton Hall Launches New Off-Campus Housing Listing Site for Students and Employees

Seton Hall University is excited to announce the launch of a new off-campus housing listing site, offering options for students, faculty and staff in the South Orange, Nutley, and Newark, New Jersey areas. Developed in collaboration with Off-Campus Partners, a leading provider of housing solutions for universities, the platform eases the housing search experience and provides resources to the Seton Hall community.

The new housing listing site, accessible through Seton Hall's website, features a comprehensive database of rental properties, apartments and homes available to rent in the local area. Seton Hall community members can search for housing options based on their preferences, including location, price range, amenities and more.

"We are thrilled to partner with Off-Campus Partners to launch this innovative housing listing site for our students and staff," said Karen Van Norman, dean of students. "Finding off-campus housing can be a daunting task, and we believe that this platform will streamline the process and provide valuable support to our university community. I’m especially thankful to have this new site for our students at the Law School, the Interprofessional Health Sciences Campus and our graduate students."

The new housing services platform will benefit all students, including graduate students, who want to live closer to campus, whether their classes are in South Orange, Newark or Nutley. Properties will be available in  nearby towns and cities, including Hoboken, Jersey City, Maplewood, Irvington, Montclair and the Oranges, making housing more accessible.

In addition to property listings, the platform offers a range of helpful resources and tools to assist users in their housing search. These include neighborhood guides, rental affordability calculators, roommate matching services and safety tips for living off campus.
