Inspiration to IMPACT Conference

Stay tuned—updates on the upcoming 2026 conference will be available soon. Please check back regularly for the latest information.

The IMPACT Student Leadership Conference is a signature Seton Hall tradition that brings together students, faculty and administrators for a day of connection, learning and growth.

Rooted in the belief that leadership is a shared journey, IMPACT creates space for our community to come together to exchange ideas, foster collaboration and inspire one another to lead with purpose. Through keynote sessions, interactive workshops and meaningful dialogue, participants explore themes of leadership, identity, and impact within Seton Hall and beyond.

The conference serves as a unique opportunity for professional and personal development, offering participants the chance to learn from diverse perspectives, strengthen their leadership skills and leave feeling empowered to make a lasting difference in their communities.

Apply to be a speaker: We invite students, faculty and administrators to apply to lead a session, workshop or panel discussion. Speakers play a vital role in inspiring attendees, fostering dialogue and providing actionable insights that empower others to lead with purpose.
