Your gift to the Joseph A. Unanue Latino Institute encourages students to pursue higher education by offering financial aid through the creation of grants and scholarships.
Since 2011, this yearly celebration celebrates celebrate extraordinary Latino/a leaders, scholars and humanitarians in our community. This year, the Institute will celebrate its 20th anniversary at the iconic Cipriani Wall Street in New York City on Friday, October 17.
Celebrate trailblazing women breaking barriers and meet the first Latina National Guard Black Hawk pilot. Born in the Dominican Republic, learn how she defied the odds to become a pioneer in aviation, a field where women—and especially Latinas—were almost unheard of.
