The Joseph A. Unanue Latino Institute at Seton Hall University continues its commitment to elevating voices and celebrating impact through its Ella Triunfa series, a series dedicated to women who are breaking barriers, redefining leadership and inspiring the next generation.
On April 22, 2026, the Institute will host a special fireside chat featuring two accomplished leaders from globally recognized brands: Megan Frackoviak, vice president of Commercial Strategy at L’Oréal, and Gema Schipilliti, customer vice president at The Campbell’s Company. Together, they will engage in a dynamic and thoughtful conversation centered on leadership, mentorship innovation and the evolving landscape of consumer engagement.
Frackoviak and Schipilliti bring a wealth of experience across industries that shape everyday life; from beauty and wellness to food and consumer goods. Their work sits at the intersection of strategy, culture and connection, offering valuable insights into how brands can authentically engage with diverse audiences in meaningful ways. During the conversation, they will reflect on their personal and professional journeys, discuss the role of innovation in today’s marketplace and share perspectives on leading with impact in spaces where women continue to break new ground.

“Ella Triunfa is about more than celebrating success, it’s about recognizing the courage, resilience and vision it takes for women to lead, to break barriers and to open doors for others,” said Lori Tarke, executive director of the Joseph A. Unanue Latino Institute. “Through this series, we are not only elevating powerful stories, but also creating space for the next generation to see what’s possible and to step confidently into their own leadership journeys.”
Open to all, the event offers an opportunity for students, professionals and community members to engage directly with leaders whose stories inspire action and possibility. As the Institute continues to expand its programming, initiatives like Ella Triunfa remain central to its vision, ensuring that the next generation sees leadership that reflects the diversity and strength in community.
