University Relations Launches New Environmental Branding Request Form
Wednesday, June 10, 2026
The Division of University Relations introduced a new request form for environmental branding projects, now available on the Brand Standards website.
The process enhancement streamlines and simplifies the launching of these projects while enhancing campus identity and cohesion.
The integration of Seton Hall’s unique visual identity into our physical spaces is a key element of shaping the University experience and reinforcing a unified presence across our three campuses.
“Brand consistency is important in environmental branding because the physical space becomes an extension of the brand itself,” said Ann Antoshak Gallagher, art director. “When used consistently, branding tells people who you are; environmental branding allows your audience to experience who you are. Consistency makes that experience believable and memorable.”
You can see examples of our brand identity displayed through environmental branding in the University Center event lounge, the Buccino Leadership Institute’s signage and through our Giving Day promotions.
“Our brand comes alive in the lived experiences of our community. And our campus spaces play an important role in reflecting Seton Hall and our values,” said Pegeen Hopkins, assistant vice president of strategic communications and brand. “The brand team deftly infuses visual and conceptual components of our creative platform into locations throughout the University.”
Once a request is submitted, the University Relations brand team will guide projects from initial conception through installation. Projects are reviewed on a first come, first serve basis, and timelines will vary depending on the scope of the project.
For any outstanding questions or brand inquiries, please reach out to a member of the University Relations team or submit an inquiry here.
